1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Scraplay ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Scraplay platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms stated herein.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Scraplay platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2User Eligibility

To register and use Scraplay, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Being a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or play restriction imposed by any authority.
• Using your account for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of a third party.
• Not involved in any money laundering or related activities.

Scraplay is not liable if a user provides false information during registration. Any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user are entirely the user's responsibility.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Scraplay. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Updating your account information if any changes occur.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Notifying Scraplay immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a national ID, bank statement, and proof of address. This is an industry-standard process designed to protect the security of your account.

4Deposit & Payment

Scraplay accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit limit is MYR 10 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit limit depends on the selected payment method and account verification level.
• Scraplay does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are to be used for gaming purposes only and not as savings or investments.
• Scraplay reserves the right to delay or cancel suspicious deposits for security review purposes.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals can be made via the same payment method used for deposit. Scraplay processes all valid withdrawal requests within 1 to 3 business days.

• The minimum withdrawal limit is MYR 30 per transaction.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• Scraplay reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• If an active bonus is present in the account, the bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

Any attempt to withdraw funds using a method different from the original deposit method may cause processing delays while a security review is conducted.

6Bonus & Promotions

Scraplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms that should be read before claiming.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• Scraplay reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Users found using more than one account to claim the same bonus will be suspended.
• The time limit to fulfil wagering requirements is stated in each promotion's terms — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Some games may not count or may only partially count toward bonus wagering requirements.

7Game Rules

All games offered at Scraplay — including slots, live casino, bingo, and table games — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game.

• All games use an independently audited and certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is complete.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a round, Scraplay will resolve the case based on recorded system data.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Scraplay reserves the right to void bets if a clear technical error has materially affected the game outcome.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available upon request from our support team and will be provided transparently.

8Prohibited Activities

Scraplay users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform.
• Fraud, identity impersonation, or use of another person's information without authorisation.
• Bonus abuse through inconsistent betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements.
• Use of software or tools designed to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
• Communications that are abusive, threatening, or harassing toward other users or Scraplay staff.
• Collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.

9Account Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the Scraplay support team. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance withdrawal will be processed according to standard procedures.

Scraplay reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section within these Terms.
• Failed identity verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, Scraplay reserves the right to hold the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted. The final decision will be communicated to the user within 14 business days.

10Limitation of Liability

Scraplay provides its gaming platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors, or delays. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly.

• Scraplay is not liable for losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• Scraplay is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the user.
• Scraplay's liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Scraplay platform — including brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Scraplay or third parties licensed to us.

• Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from Scraplay.
• Unauthorised use of the Scraplay brand name or logo constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights.
• Any feedback or suggestions submitted by users to Scraplay may be used by us without any compensation.

12Changes to Terms

Scraplay reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users through:

• In-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Email the address registered to your account.
• Updated on the date shown under "Updated" at the top of this document.

Continued use of the Scraplay platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
